The list of Global Names numbers each name, starting with 0. But within each country, every name is labelled 0.
Where can I find the list of Global Names?
Curators can see it within the UI, everyone else has to use the API, e.g. https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_names.json?taxon_id=55819

Turns out I think this is intentional, but confusing. They all display 0 until a user sets one to be the default. I moved a name within Austria and accidentally set the positions for all of them. (I moved Echte Schlüsselblume back to the default afterwards, but I can’t set them back to 0.)
In contrast, the Global Name list is not set to 0 by default, it’s always numbered.
