Your Observations list

I was wondering why Your Observations lists them with A-Z then blank “marker icons” instead of numbers? I mostly upload from a computer, and it would be useful if I could verify how many observations were supposed to be uploaded without having to count the “marker icons”.

Those are meant to be used in conjunction with the map on the right-hand side, they’re not there to indicate which observations have been recently uploaded.

I can’t personally say I’ve ever counted my just-uploaded observations on that page, but you could do so by looking under the “Date Added” column.

Checking the calendar is another good way to check numbers, assuming of course you are uploading obs for a given range of days. Hover over the date and it tells you how many obs are on that day, then repeat for the other days you are uploading for, and add them together.
