A messed up observation

This observation (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/identify?iconic_taxa=unknown&d1=2015%2F01%2F01&d2=2017%2F12%2F31) is coming up when I search for “unknown” observations. It is listed as “Genus Ophieleotris” although it has a more recent name, " Giuris margaritacea"

Something’s wrong. I give it to you to sort out.

well, “Ophieleotris” is nested directly in “Life”, so maybe that has something to do with it?

I guess someone could flag it under “curation” on this page: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/902150-Ophieleotris

I already did
edit:
I thought I did, but it doesn’t come up under https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/902150/flags

Ray Finned Fishes are a ‘complete’ meaning all of them should already be in iNat. Thats why these new names aren’t grafting because 9 times out of 10 they’re synonyms of species already in the DB. FYI any curator can make swaps of ungrafted taxa into ‘complete’ taxa like these that I just committed:
