Accepted name missing from header of inactive taxon pages

Formerly, any page for an inactive taxa had a header giving the accepted name and giving a link the the taxon swap the caused the name to be inactive. These are now apparently missing on all the inactive taxa I have seen recently.

I hope this wasn’t removed intentionally. Having the link to the taxon change right in your face is really important for users who don’t know how to search taxon changes.

I’m guessing it’s the same issue as this:

The banner also doesn’t show up for drafted changes.

I don’t think so as your linked bug doesn’t talk about the header.
