Add ability to populate Taxonomy Framework data when creating a new taxon

Please add the facility to populate the TFR data onto https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/new (Please note only curators may access this page, non-curators will not be able to open the link)

If we can add conservation states, common names etc from this screen, why not the taxonomy framework. It is both annoying and time consuming for it to have to be a separate step.

Voted! I agree, this would be very helpful, especially for curators who add more new taxa than I do.
