Hello I joined this project https://inaturalist.ca/projects/maplecross-coastline-reserve and then I uploaded an observation and the maple cross project does not appear in the list for me to add the observation to the new project. I wonder why?

That is a collection project. So the observations will be automatically added. I think the observation you tried to add is not under the location set for the project as it is a small area.

OK so if the observation was in the correct location would I have seen the project to add it there?
Do you have to join a collection project in order for an observation to be added to the project?
No, but to get a project name show on observation page, you should be a member of it.
Also, check your accuracy of your observation.
