Android; Images taken with HEIC format appears sideways when submitting

Description of problem:

If I take images with the HEIC option on my Samsung phones, they will always be rotated sideways when uploaded to inat on the Android app. Not a huge issue, but a bit of a pain to go through these images and rotate them back to how they were taken. Images taken ON the app itself is fine. Another user has the same problem.

I have tested these same (via photos and onedrive) images on iPadOS (17 beta) inat (3.2.9, 687) and they are fine, with new photos taken also fine. :seedling:

The next time this happens, can you please send log files to help@inaturalist.org? To send log files, go to the About tab in the app and tap three times on the version number. You will then have the option to email the log files to us.

It would be great if you could send the photo(s) as well, with metadata intact - best if done via Google Drive.
