Automatically adding observations to a project?

I have a project “Schoodic staff seeing stuff”, I have included a bunch of users, and I have a geographic boundary to the project. I’d like to have all the project user’s observations that fall within the geographic boundary to automatically get added to the project. How do I do that? Thanks.

Have you taken a look at the Managing Projects page? It has a lot of info about projects, I recommend starting there. You can find it under the More menu in the header.

I apolgoize for the short reply, I was on my mobile device waiting in line to get into a grocery store. Your project looks good to me, are there any observations not in the project which you think should be? If so, it’s likely due to this: https://www.inaturalist.org/pages/help#placeindex
