Is there a type of project that I can start where all the observations I want to include are automatically brought into the project AND the project shows up on that person’s observation page? We just started a “collection” project called Vermont Moths and it added all the moths species observed in Vermont. BUT on each individual’s page for that moth, it is NOT listed as one of their projects. What am I missing?
This is not possible. A collection project with collect all the records, but it only shows the project badge on the actual observation if the user joins the project.
This functionality used to be offered via a tool called the aggregator, but it has been turned off (save for a few grandfathered in projects) as it is too server intensive.
