This was probably asked before but I couldn’t find anyone else asking this. Can there be more than one project with the same subject if the only other is badly made or unmaintained? (I’m not talking about projects like BioBlitz or others with start-end times)

As far as I know there are no regulations regarding project topics; I think the same one can be repeated as many times as users care to repeat it.
