Cannot annotate one of my observations as alive

On mobile, there is no error, but the annotation doesn’t stick

Description of problem:

Step 1: go to Pipevine Swallowtail (Battus philenor) from Smith School Dr, Austin, TX 78744, USA on April 8, 2019 at 01:11 PM by Star D. · iNaturalist

Step 2: Click Alive on Alive or Dead annottion

Step 3: Alve (with profile pic) is briefly shown, but then failed to save record error appears. I have refreshed the page, tried on a different client/platform, etc

Shows up for me. Maybe it just took a minute to process properly. Annotations have always been a little laggy for me.
