I hope my question is in the right place (if not, feel free to move it).
I noticed that the name of the fields (when modifying a file) is in English while the rest of the site is translated into my language (in French).
is it possible to have their names also in French?
Fields can be in any language the author added them, so if there’re standart English fields they’ll stay so, if you wish to start your own ones in French, you can.
Ok, but would that mean that people who don’t necessarily speak French will still read the name of the field in that language?
Observation fields are not connected to the other parts of the site, in the sense they’re not translated.
Yes. The field name stays in whatever language someone created it.
