(closed) Displayed taxa name not updating on specific observation

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Go to linked observation

Step 2: At the top of the page the observation is shown as Lomatium despite one ID as Lomatium and a second ID as Lomatium triternatum var. anomalum. Typically a genus ID followed by a species ID will change the displayed name to the species ID.
