Description of problem: I cannot ID obs without pictures.

Do you mean “loading”? “Uploading” usually means you are trying to send an image from your device to a server. This sounds like the opposite problem.

Does it happen on any other browser?

I am not tech savvy (I leave this for others in the household) but could it be this?

I hope whatever is going on is resolved soon and your connectivity fully restored.

Issue seems resolved today. iNat obs pictures are back.
