Csv file upload doesn't consistantly work; no notifications

I’ve been trying to upload CSV files of observations (not worried about pictures) for a project. This is the first time I’ve tried this approach. I looked at a couple of forum posts and did a test one (just three observations), and it worked. I’ve tried doing more with 40, 20, or just 10 using the same formatting. For each attempt INat says it’s been queued up for uploading but nothing happens. On a side note, I never got notifications at any time that I tried uploading, whether the successful one or the others.

i would guess the double quotes in your tags is causing problems. not sure why you need those.

Tried again taking those out. Still no luck.

I’m seeing quite a few records of our emails being sent to you and delivered successfully. Have you checked your spam folder?

I have, and nothing. I did double check to see if I have my settings to receive notifications, and I do.
