Disagreeing ID notifications not showing up with confirming ID notifications off option

Description of problem:

Step 1: none of those disagreeing IDs notified me, even the first disagreeing ID also had a comment attached to ID

Step 2: I have confirming IDs off option

Step 3: Only the explicit tag mention comment notified me.

Not sure if it’s related: but I have withdrawn first and restored my ID (and now withdrawn again after all those new IDs). The confirming IDs option may have been toggled between these withdrawn ID and restored ID phase. Maybe the notification system is failing to capture these restored IDs disagreements or setting change?

Maybe both are related on some level.

What’s the order of operations here? When did you withdraw your active ID?

probably (not 100% sure):

add ID → wrote comment → withdrawn in a week → confirming IDs notifs off option turned on after few months → restored ID afterwards → disagreeing IDs seen now (not notified) → withdrawn again.
