Duplicate Project missing observations

Hello, I have ‘duplicated’ a project ( https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/2025-butterflies-in-my-backyard-bimby-project ) and called it ( https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/2025-archived-butterflies-in-my-backyard-bimby-project ). I have added userids in the “Include users”, about 400 of them, yet I am the only observer and the duplicate project has only my observations? Wouldn’t the included users show up? I found another duplicated project where the users did show up.

Any guidance or advice greatly appreciated.

your archived project has the project members only option specified. since you’re the only member, only your observations will be included.

actually, I unchecked “Only display observations from project members (people who have joined the project)” and it is working just fine. It would have been nice to have an import users option to add multiple users at a time in the “include users” section. but I found a way to automate it using python and selenium anyway. leaving this post here in case others have had the same issue.
