Description of problem:

Step 1:
Open the observation screen at https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/29225213

Step 2:
Try to add the Adult option of the Life Stage annotation.

Step 3:
The Life Stage does not get set. An error message is printed in the console.

I have/have had this same problem with the annotations before, where the only two available annotation values for life stage was “Adult” and “Egg”, sometimes they’d disappear entirely. However, I’ve only ever had this problem on the mobile app.
