When I flagged a sound as copyright infringement, the observation stayed at RG. When I flag photos as copyrighted, the observation becomes causal. Sounds flagged should also become casual. I didn’t add a url and blocked out some things just for privacy, but I can add/email the link if/when requested.

Same for flagged photos. They are also staying as research grade unless someone also marks a DQA.I just wasn’t sure that was normal and couldn’t remember.

Flagging a sound as copyright infringement will make it casual now, I just tested it and it’s working for me.

Can you provide an example or two at help@inaturalist.org? I haven’t been able to replicate.
