5 years ago, I was eating dinner in Yosemite National Park when a squirrel comes up to me and starts eating my napkin. I was dying so much and then another squirrel starts eating the cheese that was on the table. I cracked up so much that I fell out of my chair and was then crying because it was so hilarious.

Gerald rocks, but there are definitely other amazing organisms out there that come near Gerald.
But none will ever equal Gerald
Very true. Gerald has an uncanny ability to explode ethernet cables, the rest of them canât do that yet.
My likes are used up but if I could, I would like that comment 100%
I do like a similar one like your⌠those squirrels are always pretty fun to watch
That is absolutely insane
Thereâs several projects that gather these:

This is a cute painted rock, which looks like a frog. The âfunniestâ part are the comments
whatâs a gerald?
Visit the link in @cablecamâs comment:

oh shit, when i first visited the link i didnât look into the comments, so i was just wondering why there is a picture of a muskrat doing nothing funny at all :D
Canât find it now (might have been deleted) but someone posted a photo of themselves on the toilet and a commenter tagged it with âancestral and modern humansâ and commented that the OP clearly wasnât sapiens sapiens.
mine is not very funny, but I laughed so hard with these loud parakeet in Argentina eating a mayonnaise sachet

I was surprised at how cunning they are, and how avid they were when collecting food from people, I remembered that a friend visited the same area and had the same reaction.
I went killjoy on that one and IDâed it as Human. Sorry, Not Sorry.
Per curator comments Iâve seen on observations before, jokes are fine in the comments, but not in the ID.
Though correct IDs with joke comments are fine, as long as the ID itself is correct, as is demonstrated many times on Gerald:
Your one brother that always ruins family pictures: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/14188735
These 3 observations have pictures of the same animal. Shouldnât you merge them?
I couldnât pick just one so went with a few!
This kÄruhiruhi that was pooing while screaming
These two kororÄ chicks that look like they got in an argument and are facing into opposite corners of the box
These two kororÄ that were third-wheeling the other one
This photo showing exactly how wobbly kororÄ are when they walk
From a more perverse perspective, I recall one guy who took pictures of his feces on paper towels and called them âintestinal parasitesâ in the subphylum Crustacea
Here is one. It isnât mine but it is still funny.
