Description of problem:
I’ve noticed a few times now that, whenever I am unfollowing an observation, the text does not change. It sometimes takes a reload of the page and/or clicking the follow/unfollow button a few times in order for the text to update. It’s just a visual annoyance because, at first, I thought I was hitting somewhere that would keep the box up, and not actually click the button
Can you please provide more information? It’s possible to unfollow an observation both on observation pages and on the Identify page.
I was unfollowing from the observation page directly. It was a visual bug cause it would still unfollow the observation. I have not had the issue since making this post
This has happened to me. I generally use an ipad, so I always assume it is my device being glitchy, or is a function of my finger not actually clicking on what I think I’m clicking on. That happens a lot.
I always assume that if I used my laptop and a mouse, instead of a mobile device, it wouldn’t happen, but I’ve never tested that theory. Too lazy to boot up the laptop. Too easy to pick up the ipad and get in a few IDs during odd moments throughout the day…
