How to create a new Community Curated Place of Interest by aggregating several Standard Places

I would like to create a new Community Curated Place of Interest (with the title South Asia) by aggregating the country codes of the countries making up this area. How does one make that appear as a Community Curated Place of Interest?

This would correspond to the old ‘British India’ area used in the Fauna of British India series which is still a useful regional concept (with or without Myanmar):

It’s not possible to create such a place on iNaturalist: https://www.inaturalist.org/places/new, but you could create a collection project or just share that link where needed.
