this sounds like the same thing as https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/unable-to-access-gallery-at-all-via-app/44897. there was a problem in the beta version 1.29.7 that was causing issues. but since then, they’ve released 1.29.11 that should correct the issues. what version are you using?
