Description of problem:
Step 1: ID unreviewed observations in “identify” or simply mark an observation as “reviewed”
Step 2: After completing the page, click “view more”
Step 3: Some of the observations previously IDed or marked “reviewed” show up again, un-“reviewed”, and without my ID
If you open one of the observations to its own page, is your ID still missing and the observation not marked reviewed?
I haven’t tried that, but the lack of accidental duplicate IDs makes me think no, probably?
I will do it later or tomorrow morning, but don’t have time to ID that much right now.
Ok sounds good. I’ve found even in normal times, there can be a delay in visual display of IDs and reviewed checkmarks on Identify, but that the information does actually get saved. It’s probably extra slow right now during the City Nature Challenge.
Sorry that it took a bit longer. It still happens (though more rarely than during the CNC observation phase). My ID doesn’t appear on either the observation page nor on the list of my IDs.
The usual delay mostly causes reviewed observations to show up with the new results, but once I open the observation it loads in pretty quick. This doesn’t happen with these other observations where my ID apparently doesn’t get saved at all
