Hm. Just made it again to crash.
The one thing I made differently was: I used the exit button of the photo viewer app before returning to the browser.
I managed to start and use a second browser instance (to write this post) but browser intance with the observations is frozen in the upload screen.
I cannot add in something in the selection field. However, the path I intended to add seem to be not in the clippboard, eg. I cannot paste it here.
Starting to terminate browser instances in the task manager:
managed to terminate one with this result, I then could end the file upload windows with the cancel butten and got this as a result:
Reload brought me back to the start of the upload dialog:
