Incorrect Location Appearing in Identify Tab

Description of problem:

Step 1: When going to “Identify”, the text on the side shows one location (the right one) but the map shows the other (this location is what reflects the “Identify” tab’s filters).

I don’t see evidence that this is a bug. The location text can be set by the user, so it is likely a user error not a bug. For instance, they may have entered the location as one thing initially, then edited/updated the coordinates but not the location text itself (which may have been auto-added when they initially uploaded with different coordinates).
