Is there any way to create a list of my contributions which includes my tags (the number I gave my observation). I am having trouble keeping track of what I have submitted and what I have not submitted.

If you want to see your tags, but you don’t want to download your data, I would suggest using https://jumear.github.io/stirfry/iNat_print_friendly_obs

I use tags with a unique number to keep track of my Poaceae observation (but not all my observations). I have a large backlog of observations to upload so in order to keep track of what I have uploaded to iNat, I regularly download a list of my observations using the download option, under the Filter button on the Observations page. Tags is one of the many fields you can download. The download is a CSV file which I load into a spreadsheet but you can use other programs.
