Localized species name not used

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

  1. Set the web app’s language to Hungarian (yeah I know…)
  2. Got to https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/61508-Ischnura-elegans and notice that on the top of the page, the English species name is shown, despite having a Hungarian species name added,

Expected behavior: the Hungarian species name should be shown on the UI that’s set to Hungarian.

Actually: I realized there is a name display setting, under which I had North America. I changed it to Hungary and it solved the problem. Thank you Marina!
