Description of problem:
I noticed that when combining the search filters “captive” and “verifiable” this gives some 1000 results. It seems that all of the results are either “RG” or “needs ID” but non of them are marked as “casual”.
I took a closer look at some of the observations and they have “Organism is wild” set by a user to “no”. So I would assume that these should be set to “casual” and should not be able to be of “RG” or “needs ID”.
I now set one of them (https://inaturalist.lu/observations/241273536), that is clearly not wild to “Organism is wild = no” myself. This moves the observation to “casual”.
Even if I remove my annotation again (so only the original “Organism is wild = no” is present) the observation stays on “casual”.
So it seems to me that there is a situation possible where an observations can be set to “Organism is wild = no” but not be of “casual” grade. I have not been able to reproduce this however.
