Photos not loading on website for pre-existing observations

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): When I go to my home page, many of my preexisting observations don’t have any photos visible with them. Other internet sites are loading quickly today. It’s not just recent observations - some of the older ones are also lacking the images.

Thank you for this report. We have others reporting similar issues in the last few hours. As far as we can tell right now, the issue is outside our control. It may be related to region and Internet provider (ISP). If you feel comfortable sharing, could you say broadly which region you’re connecting from and what the ISP is?

Amazon Web Services, who we use to serve photos, has acknowledged connectivity issues today for some users in California. Are photos loading properly again for you?
