I’ve seen this before I think. On mobile, in the “Observers” section of an Explore search if I remember correctly, the profile picture is zoomed in behind the crop. A little annoying bug, maybe it’s spreading?
My moon moves depending on where you’re looking at it. On observations and the forum, it’s on the left:
But on the home page and top bar, it’s almost centred:
It’s a 4:3 image I couldn’t be bothered to crop, so I suspect the first is taking a square from the centre, and the second is taking a square from the left edge?
That’s kind of trippy…
The profile pics on the left are from some observation comments as they show on my Home screen, and the ones on the right are how the same users appear by their comments in the actual observation page. Bit of a difference!
Sorry about that, should be fixed now. On the plus side, profile pics should not be displaying at an unnecessarily low resolution on profile pages now.
