The Project, GBD CA Native Plants is not accepting observations.
The location is GBD District and is two rectangles. Is that the problem?
If not, what is wrong?

It’s currently set up to collect casual observations starting from Oct 2, 2021 and there are no casual observations from that time period. If you change the quality grade, it will start picking up observations.
