I created a Project - Camp Arrowhead 2026 Biodiversity Project but my observations are not showing up? I have checked to ensure my observation fall within the dates, and the location is correct. I’m showing up as both the admin and member. These observations that I want to add are before I created the Project. I’m going to upload later today an observation to see if that the issue though I have an observation that is in my Project that was done by one of my Scouts which was done 4 days ago.
Is it possible that the boundaries for the project you created are smaller than the radius of the location circles for those older observations? I recently joined a project for a very small place, and had to really shrink the accuracy circle of my observations to fit within the project boundary, before I could add them.
No, one of my Scouts posted a photo with the ‘Camp Arrowhead, Ona, WV’ location and it showing up. I think the issue is that it not recognize me as a Member even though it shows me as a member. I’m going to get with the Scout that has his observation in the Project and have him upload another observation to see if I’m doing something wrong.
It is nothing to do with you being a member of the project, as the project is set to collect observations by anyone.

Can you give us an example of an observation you made that you think should be in it but isn’t? Without actual examples it is not possible to know what the problem is.
OK, I’ve had another look at your project requirements, and I think I have worked out what is happening. The project is set to only include observations at “Needs ID”. So anything that reaches “Research Grade” is then removed from the project.
You need to edit the project so that Research Grade observations are also included.
I selected Research, ID, and Casual. For Example, https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/374079556 - observation is not showing as a drop down option Camp Arrowhead 2026 Biodiversity Project but it does offer me the options for the other 3 Projects that I am signed on as a Member.

One of the 2 Observation that are showing up in the Project - one of those persons is here at Camp and I hope to get him to go on to my computer so that I can see why it showing up against the ones on my list above that are not. Set the Project Requirements “Establishment” to “all”.
It is a Collection Project - you cannot manually add observations. They will automatically be included if they meet the requirements.
You have fixed the “Quality Grade” problem, but as Fgallhuber notes above, you have set the Establishment means to “Introduced” - that means no native species will be included.
