One year later. I see the same bug. Android version 2.14.0
And still in 2.14.1 
I’m not able to replicate this on my Android device or iOS device, which makes it really difficult to investigate. What does your Achievements screen look like?
Which device are you using?
Using a Motorola One Zoom, Android 10.
Achievements screen looks correct as far as I can tell (only have a few badges).
Just to clarify: Even though the list of notifications looks blank they show correctly if I open them.
Hello, I have been working on the notifications list and have replaced it with a new component. I could not replicate this bug on my Android device. So, therefore, I would be happy if someone can test that this bug is no longer appearing on the latest test version. You have to download the beta test version from the PlayStore in order to test, let me know if you need assistance in how to do that.
