Something wrong with the explore section

Platform: IOS, Mac Book Pro
Browser: Firefox 143.0.4

When I open the “explore” section of the website, it tells me something went wrong (see screenshot) and observations fail to load. This is only happening when I open a new tab, and if I switch to another part of the website then back it seems to be fine? Also happens when I try to search for a species.

Do you have any add-ons running in the top bar, particularly ad blockers, anti-trackers, etc? If so try disabling them for the site, one by one. Usually there’s a “pause protection on this site” button, or something similarly relevant. If one doesn’t have that you can disable in other ways.

Tray that first, disable one, reload site, repeat. Often this sort of thing is a result of one of the add-ons not playing nice with the site. Not always, but often.

Have you tried other browsers?

Sorry for the late response, haven’t tried that but it seems to be ok my phone now.

Update: I just needed to update the bookmarks URL after changing my user name.
