Sort by faves also counts votes for "can the Community Taxon still be improved?"

See this search and note all the observations listed that don’t have any faves:
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?order_by=votes&place_id=6883&quality_grade=casual&subview=table&verifiable=any

For some reason, votes in “Based on the evidence, can the Community Taxon still be confirmed or improved?” are being counted as faves.

Using the “popular” filter does not have the same issue:
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=6883&popular&quality_grade=casual&subview=table&verifiable=any

I think I’ve seen this bug before, but I had no Idea that it’s related to the DQA.
