Taxon swap leading to formerly research grade observations being reduced to "needs identification."

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): Since the genus change for Gulf Fritillary, none of the recent ID’s are being automatically switched to the new genus. Result is when you go to look at “Needs ID” butterflies, hordes of Gulf Fritillaries, previously correctly Id’d and corroborated, come up!
