The project I'm managing lost the observations and I'm not able to add more admin

I’ve added 6 observations to the project “Regador” to test how the platform and app works and the idea was to spread this information to our community - we are an education project with a community vegetable garden - and those observations are no longer visible on the project and I’m not able to add them.
Additionally, I’m not able to add another user as an admin; I’ve added - dacota_dc10 as a new user but the number of members is still 1.
Can you tell me how to proceed? Thank you.

I think the confusion is with how the rules for a Collection project work. You haven’t added dacota_dc10 as a member, rather you restricted the observations in the project to only observations made by dacota_dc10, and the member count is one because it’s only you.

You can promote users to admin after they join your project.
