The thousands separator in simplified Chinese should use half width comma

Description of problem :
The thousand separator used is the full width comma (,; U+FF0C) . It looks wired, as it takes extra width in Chinese fonts. The common practice is to use the normal comma (, ; U+002C) .

It is a general problem about number formatting not limited to this page.
