Description of problem:
Step 1: I make audio observation (bird voice) by smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 5 threw it’s application “Диктофон” (Voice recorder, dictophone). It is pleasant that now appears possibility to upload record directly to iNaturalist and iNat allows dictophone recording format.
Step 2: But when trying create observation from dictophone to iNat - often this happens later (common mobile application observation creation interface) i can set Date but cannot set right Time of observation. I turn the arrow on the dial, but when I click OK, it is always set the current time.
Step 3: Exactly the same thing happens when I try to edit this time in a mobile application (Android). It is possible to edit this time only through the web interface (Win10, Chrome last version).
