Translation issue with order

Please fill out the following sections to the best of your ability, it will help us investigate bugs if we have this information at the outset. Screenshots are especially helpful, so please provide those if you can.

App version number, if a mobile app issue (shown under About in the side menu):

Screenshots of what you are seeing (instructions for taking a screenshot on computers and mobile devices: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/):

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1:
Open an observation
Step 2:
Select the identifying option
Step 3:
Search for Lepidoptera

I get a result “Sortierung Lepidoptera”
However, taxonomic rank must be “Ordnung”. There also a word in german “ Sortierung” that could be translated in English as”order “ but not in the case of a biological taxonomy.

It is already corrected 20 days ago, but it should be confirmed by 2 other eyes in Crowdin, but I do not have the rights for this cause it is German… Caps are translated correct, Lower case is translated wrong. I upvoted the -my opinion- correct translation…

Arten is the plural
It should be Art for a single species

All translation issues should be reported/corrected at Crowdin. See https://inaturalist.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/151000194744

Also the second item has been reported at crowdin 20 days ago, but both uppercase and lowercase are both wrong. You missed a bug ;-)

Just to get it right: I need to create an account on Crowdin to report translation issues?

Yes. Yes
But probably you also have to search for the correct string.
(Maybe Github is easier for this.)

Should be fixed in the next iNat Next release with Crowdin updates.
