Unable to download data using the explore feature

When i try to export observations from a project and use the download option in the filters box nothing comes up in the expert screen.

can you paste the Explore link here that you’re trying to get records from, and a screenshot of what the export page looks like to you

when im on the start page for the project and click on export observations nothing comes up in the export page. I’m not doing it from the explore option. So maybe I’m doing it wrong

I go to https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/projects/ffdc-habitat-connectivity-study, and then I click on the observations tab, and then the ‘Export observations’ button to the right

that then takes me to the export screen (https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/export?projects=ffdc-habitat-connectivity-study), and when I scroll down the page, the preview shows 2,797 observations ready to export, which matches the project page:

so if you scroll down the page in Export, after following those steps, that preview is blank for you?
