You can click first observation, then it’s time to do fast annotation!
Most common shortcut is Double A (Alive or Dead - Alive), E + O (Evidence of Presence - Organism) and L + A (Life Stage - Adult) for animals.
For plants : P + L (Flowers and Fruits - Flowers), V + G (Leaves - Green Leaves).
