When I open the photo upload dialog and scroll down in my photos the list jumps back

Press the + button
Step 2:
select photos
Step 3:
scroll down in the photo list

the list then jumps back to the start (first photo)

once I scroll down for a second time, it works as expeceted

Can you tell us more about what device and what OS you’re using?

I also don’t check the Forum very often. @misumeta could you include more precise repro steps, screenshots, and/or a screencap? There are a couple “+ buttons” in the app so it’s not clear to me what you’re talking about. FWIW, when I do the following steps on my iPhone SE, iOS 18.2, iNat Next 0.57.0, I don’t see what you describe:

  1. Tap an existing observation in the list of my observations
  2. Tap the pencil button in the upper right to edit the observation
  3. Tap the “+” button in the “EVIDENCE” section
  4. Tap the middle button in the ADD EVIDENCE bottom sheet that appears
  5. Tap the first photo in my photo library to select it
  6. Scroll down so that the first, selected photo is off the screen

I scrolled down without marking a photo, the screen jumped back without my interaction. I scrolled down a second time. Then it did not and doesn’t jump back.
