Add Ability to Remove Observations from Projects in Identify Module

Description of need:
The ability to add observations to projects was added to the Identify Module under the Annotations tab and has been very helpful to save time. It would be very nice to also have the ability to remove observations from projects at this location.

Feature request details:
On the webpage for an observation there is a gear symbol to click to show a list of options including removing from the project

This is not available in the Identify Module

There was another request that was turned down about removing in batches using a bunch of checkboxes. My idea seems like it would be easier to implement.

That would save having to open the obs - so we can ‘remove from project’.

Had to first delete my votes on previous feature requests. Deleted everything from 2023 - if it hasn’t happened, one vote more or less won’t matter. Also the Closed requests were supposed to automagically return our votes. Not true. Remove vote, remove, remove …
