Add up/down arrows in Identify modal keyboard shortcut popup

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

  1. Open Identify Modal Dialog
  2. press ? to open the keyboard shortcuts
  3. up / down - scroll are not shown.

Suggestion: Add Up/Down scroll to the Keyboard Shortcuts popup. The up/down scroll function was added, but the associated keyboard shortcuts were not:

I dug around in the code and tried adding these scroll up/down to the keyboard shortcut popup.

I haven’t tested that and am an lapsed developer, but thought I’d take a stab at it. Again, I didn’t test it or set up my own dev instance yet, and probably won’t be able to.

Based on the staff comment on github, it sounds like this won’t be implemented, so I’m going to close this topic.
