Hello,
I want to allow my students to download data related to the “observation fields” that are specific to a project I run. However, when anyone other than the project admin tries to export data, the “observation fields” are not available to them. It appears that only the project admin is able to download data related to these “observation fields”.
Is there a way around this so that non-admin users can export the “observation field” data?

I moved this to the General category as I think the issue has to do with observation fields on the export page in general rather than projects. Are you talking about this area of the Export page?
That area is populated by fields that the user has recently used, ordered by field name. What are your students seeing, can you please share a screenshot? Are they adding the fields to the observations themselves?
