Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Step 1: Enter an observation with a photo, but do not confirm
Step 2: Wait an hour
Step 3: Observation gets duplicated 441 times
A part of the logs are sent. I cannot add all files because it exceeds the size of 25MB
