Can't recover my password

Step 1: Forgot my password

Step 2: Try to reset by “Forgot password?” option

Step 3: Send instructions to my email account

Step 4: Nothing happened, didn’t receive any mail

Step 5: Try again so many times since february, no instructions, no mail to reset my password

Step 6: I think I’ve lost my account :(

Are you sure you used that particular email adress when joining?
If yes, it’s better to write directly to help@inaturalist.org.

The obvious question is, did the emails go in your spam folder?

But yes, I can only second emailing help@inaturalist.org

I had to email them when the iNat spam filter suspended my account and they got back to me in a few days.

There could be a few causes here, but please do email us at help@inaturalist.org and let us know via email exactly which email address you’re submitting.
