City name in Canada showing up in Chinese

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: This observation was observed in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. But the city name displays as 荷頓山 on both Android app and web. This seems to be the Chinese translation of the name.

Step 2: I did not notice this issue with any other observations nearby. It seems to affect just this one observation.

If someone is using a different language on their device the locality notes (the text you mentioned) may appear in that language where available. Not to deeply speculate into a particular person but based on the other people they follow it seems highly possible in this case that it is set to Chinese for them.
